The Cyprus House

Our four bedroom detached dorma bungalow in Karsiyaka, North Cyprus is available for self catering holidays from May to September each year. The villa sleeps up to 8 people with a master bedroom/en-suite, a further double and a twin bedded room and family bathroom located on the ground floor. A further twin room and balcony can be found on the first floor. The ground floor bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. The property has sea and mountain views which can be enjoyed from the spacious patios.

Kitchen:

With large fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, water cooler and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Please feel free to use any condiments, drinks etc., but these should be replaced for the next guests prior to vacating the property.

Sitting Room:

With large flat screen TV, Stereo and selection of DVDs, CDs, games & Books.

Outside:

Large decked area with wooden patio furniture, hammock, BBQ, folding chairs that can be used away from the property and various pool toys. Although the house does not have a private swimming pool you have use of the pool at the Simena holiday complex just a short stroll away. Please purchase a drink from their pool bar or have a light snack or evening meal at the hotel to show your appreciation for the use of this facility.

General:

All bedding and towels are included however the villa is not serviced during your stay. There are plenty of sheets etc. for you to use and there is a washing machine in the family bathroom.

Self Catering Cyprus - Master Bedroom

Although there are plenty of places to visit and eat within the immediate vicinity, we recommend the use of a hire car which will enable you to enjoy all the fantastic facilities on offer in this beautiful country. A picnic in the mountains is an absolute must. We have put together a file of places to visit and restaurants to try along with telephone numbers for hire cars, emergency services etc. Most of the neighbours are English and are more than happy to help with anything you wish to know.
